“Fall Ride – Black Betty”
“Fall Ride – Black Betty” captures the nostalgic spirit of fall through the presence of a classic vintage truck affectionately known as Black Betty. Set against a backdrop of glowing golden treetops and swirling orange leaves, the painting invites the viewer into a warm, rustic world where memories, seasons, and stories blend seamlessly.
At the heart of the composition stands Black Betty — a beautifully preserved, deep black truck whose polished curves and chrome details hint at a long life filled with journeys and character. Though parked in stillness, the truck feels alive, as if it carries countless tales from country roads, family visits, and harvest seasons gone by. Its presence offers both strength and sentiment, grounding the vibrant scene with an unmistakable sense of history.
The fiery carpet of fallen leaves covers the ground around it, dancing gently in the fall breeze. Two pumpkins rest nearby, bringing in the warmth of the harvest season and adding a homely touch to the setting. Behind Black Betty, a weathered wooden barn stands quietly, its faded boards harmonizing with the painting’s nostalgic tone and enhancing the storybook charm of rural fall life.
Above, the treetops blaze with brilliant yellows and oranges, illuminated as if they are glowing from within. Their radiance contrasts beautifully with the truck’s dark body, creating a dynamic balance between brightness and shadow — a visual metaphor for fall’s dual nature: vibrant yet fleeting, abundant yet reflective.
With its rich colors and soft motion, “Fall Ride – Black Betty” embraces the essence of a peaceful seasonal moment. It invites viewers to step closer, breathe in the cool fall air, and join Black Betty on one last ride before winter settles in.

October is over
The painting “October is over” invites the viewer into a quiet, melancholic autumn world where nature, memory, and gentle magic coexist. The scene takes place in an abandoned cemetery, wrapped in the soft glow of lamplight that falls across a winding path covered with fading orange leaves. The air feels motionless, disturbed only by a few falling leaves, as if the entire landscape were holding its breath, waiting for October to come to an end.
At the heart of the painting sits a small, contemplative ghost on a lonely bench. Its presence is not frightening, but calming — a quiet companion in the solitude of late autumn. The ghost becomes a symbol of the emotions we carry as the season draws to a close: nostalgia, reflection, and the delicate balance between sorrow and peace.
Above, the misty moonlight illuminates the bare branches of the trees, emphasizing the passage of time and the gentle decay that defines this part of the year. The surrounding gravestones stand silently, touched only by the moon’s gleam, blending into the foggy night and enhancing the sense of stillness and introspection.
Through its muted tones and soft contrasts, the artwork captures the fragile beauty of transition — that fleeting moment when autumn slowly wraps itself in winter’s cold embrace. It blends the magic of the season with a hint of mysticism, reminding us that magic is often found in the quietest, most deserted places.
“October is over” reflects not only the end of a month, but also the feeling of letting go and embracing change.

This painting was inspired by Arch Enemy – Bloodstained Cross. At its center stands a church engulfed in flames, symbolizing the collapse of Christianity as an institution and the rebellion against the lies and oppression spread in the name of faith. In the foreground, a woman dressed in black calmly observes the destruction, as if the fire itself were a symbol of purification and liberation. The contrast between the dark sky and the blazing flames creates a powerful, dramatic atmosphere that echoes the anger, rage, and strength of the song.

Does it inspire you too? Technically, it’s already fall by date, but here in Hungary it still doesn’t feel like it, with temperatures around 30 degrees. I’m really looking forward to the real fall, though this late summer also has its own charm. The true, cozy fall always inspires me to create—the beautiful yellow and red shades, the sound of falling leaves, the scent of foliage, the rain, candles, and warm blankets with a mug of hot chocolate or tea in hand… Oh fall, come already, we’re waiting for you!

Dark Sea
Dark Sea is an attempt to capture the raw power and beauty of nature, not through traditional painting techniques, but in a tactile, tangible form. The artwork depicts a black sand shore, where darkness and waves dance an eternal waltz.
The deep black, rough surface is broken by softly shimmering, 3D waves, capturing a fleeting moment of the ocean's movement and force. Light plays across the rippling textures as if the moon's glow were gently illuminating the dark water.
For me, this piece is not merely a depiction of the sea, but a celebration of contrasts: light and darkness, calm and storm, silence and roar. It is a shore that both invites and keeps its distance — just as the darker sides of nature and the human soul often do.
From a technical perspective, I created the background using gray acrylic paint applied with a palette knife to achieve a slightly chaotic, textured effect that isn't overpowering and keeps the focus on the apple.

RED
Big Apple – The Blood of Dreams
This painting symbolizes desire, possibility, and inner tension for me. It was inspired by the "Big Apple," New York – a city that is both alluring and overwhelming, life-giving and exhausting at once.
The shiny red apple represents temptation and dreams – the kind so many people chase. But the melting, blood-like drips are a reminder: everything comes at a cost. The gray background stands for everyday reality – the space where dreams either bloom or dissolve.
This work also reflects an internal state. That moment when you're drawn to something deeply, while already feeling the weight of it. For me, New York – and art itself – is exactly like that.
The apple was painted in several layers of acrylics and finally highlighted with a strong, glossy varnish. I aimed for a 3D effect, even letting the paint drip over the edge of the canvas.
This artwork was selected as a Finalist at the 2024 International Nomad Show in New York.

The process began with sculpting the sandy shore using texture paste mixed with a special secret ingredient — something I like to keep just between me and the canvas. This created an extremely rough, grainy surface that truly feels like real sand. I blended the color directly into the paste and applied it with a palette knife and my hands for a raw, organic effect.
Next came the ocean. I built a softer texture for the water, shaping the waves gradually. The base was a custom mix of every shade between blue and green, layered to capture the ocean's depth. Finally, I highlighted the waves with modeling paste and subtle shadowing in deeper blues.
